If you ask me, heroes are those who are willing to sacrifice and want nothing in return (maybe just gratitude)Define True Hero? What makes a hero a true hero?
A real life person who makes a difference in other people's lives. Police men, teachers, doctors, lawyers, fire men and the like are true heroes. They get out of bed every single day in order to make a difference by saving people's lives and helping them to become better people.

that pretty much sums it up exactly to me. everyone can make a difference.
anyone who is willing to risk their life to better lives of others. Heroes don't run from the fire they run toward it.





examples: police, firefighters, EMS, and anyone in the armed forces.
My def. of hero is someone who puts someone else or a group of other people first for a cause.
