Is Obama a true hero?

He's saving America.Is Obama a true hero?
He's light years ahead of Bush.

Bush neglected intelligence information about an impending attack on the US and went on vacation. Then 9/11 happened.

Obama read the intelligence information and sent out the FBI. Suspects are now in custody.

Bush let Americans get killed.

Obama saved lives.

It's a no brainer.Is Obama a true hero?
He is the President of the United States not a hero with a cape and not the Messiah.

He is however the first President in my life who's life reflects the values of the so called moral majority republican party. I think that is why they hate him so much and of course many because his name is different and his skin color doesn't match theirs.
Your hero yes, i think his alright though far from a hero though. As a Republican im kind of glad deep down McCain did not win,we can not afford invading iran etc etc my fellow Republicans i think it is time we chose a educated candidate not a solider,or a businessman.
Did he get three purple hearts like John Kerry?

Did he get almost completely paralyzed in combat like Bob Dole did while rescuing another soldier, and then regain the use of most of his body other than his right arm?

OK, one of those is a real hero.

Where does Obama stack up in there?
He's only a hero in the sense that he's the first to do something, in this case, the first black man to be President, but, if we look at his policies, he's far from one.
Not in my book. I think Obama is doing a great job but I reserve the term ';hero'; for people who knowingly put their lives in immediate danger to aid others.
You would be funny if the situation were not so sad.

America died silly.
You're having a wet dream, somone needs to wake you up.
saving us from our Constitution!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes he is, look at all the cons say no lol
does he roam the streets beatring down purse snatchers?
To whom? The Muslims! You must be kidding!!
Wow...no backup? Yeah, didn't think so.
Sure...in Kenya
