Who is the true hero of 12 Angry Men?

I'm guessing Holly Dolly was going for the easy points, and she hasn't actually watched the movie. Not my call...

It is a toss up between Henry Fonda as the man trying to convince the others, and the old man who initially supports him. Fonda gets the easy vote because the movie does focus on him. However, it's the old man who step up and says that the jury needs to actually spend time debating the issue instead of hastily determining a verdict. But in the end, Fonda was the one person who was willing to vocally oppose the vast majority while the other would only offer his opinion in a silent vote. So Fonda gets to be the hero with an assist from his sidekick.Who is the true hero of 12 Angry Men?
