Who do you think is the true hero of The Lord of the Flies?

I just finished reading the book, and I have to say I dont think there is one true hero. Simon woulld be my 1st choice.He has the intelligence to understand what is happening to the boys on the island and was the only one brave enough to go find the beast. Piggy could also be called the hero because he is intelligent, and represents order in the book. Ralh could als be the hero. He is what you could call the ';action hero'; and he tries to hold everything together. Any of them would be a reasonable choice.Who do you think is the true hero of The Lord of the Flies?
